This massage can be provided fully or partially clothed depending on your comfort level. During your session tuning forks will be used to emit gentle vibrations along your spinal column and surrounding tissues. Light stretching, muscle scraping(Gua Sha) and swedish strokes are incorporated into the massage to help stimulate lymph and blood flow.  The vibrational frequency of the forks help to rebalance the subtle energies of our bodies and help to reduce inflammation of tissue.  This therapy is deeply relaxing and restoring; a perfect way to unwind.
