2 hours full body massage and bodywork with hot stone therapy and hot towels.

2 Hour Massage or Bodywork

This massage can be provided fully or partially clothed depending on your comfort level. During your session tuning forks will be used to emit gentle vibrations along your spinal column and surrounding tissues. Light stretching, muscle scraping(Gua Sha) and swedish strokes are incorporated into the massage to help stimulate lymph and blood flow.  The vibrational frequency of the forks help to rebalance the subtle energies of our bodies and help to reduce inflammation of tissue.  This therapy is deeply relaxing and restoring; a perfect way to unwind.

This session provides the relaxation of a full body massage while also allowing extra time to work in depth into problematic or chronic pain areas. This massage allows for more detailed work with hot stones or provide ample time to stretch and work on range of motion.

Sometimes and extra fifteen minutes can make all the difference. This massage allows for a full body massage plus extra time for deeper stretching or more detailed work in your chosen area.

75 minute Extended

Ideal for a first time massage session which introduces you to my particular style and technique. It also allows me to discover your pain and holding patterns to further tailor your future sessions. This massage allows for detailed work in a specific area (ie., neck and shoulders/legs and hips) or a relaxing full body massage.

60 minute Introduction

Moderate Session

During the cupping session, cups will be placed on the designated area to help promote blood circulation, increase pain threshold, cellular immunity and reduce inflammation. Once the cups are removed you will then receive muscle scraping (gua sha), light massage and stretching on the treated area(s).
